A fresh, windy, and once again cool morning with rain on the horizon. I treated myself to a lovely walk around Luiseninsel through the palace park, incorporating interval walking along with breathing and meditation exercises on the island’s shore, before the day turned quite rainy. After the night’s rain, the air was once again filled with the wonderful, woodsy scent of wood and earth. A wide variety of birds sang in chorus, a family of five swans glided elegantly across the large carp pond, and I continued experimenting with my new lenses, focusing on the castle tower and the four eastern attic figures on the castle building. Maecenas, Grammar, Arithmetic, and Geometry are the four. And hallelujah, from the bridge on the other side of the carp pond, I was able to get up close to the tower.
Ein frischer und windiger und auch wieder kühler Morgen mit Aussicht auf Regen. Eine schöne Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark mit Intervall-Walking und Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Ufer der Insel, hab ich mir gegönnt, bevor der Tag dann recht regnerisch wurde. Die Luft war nach dem Regen der Nacht wieder voll herrlichem waldigem Duft nach Holz und Erde. Die verschiedensten Vögel sangen im Chor, eine fünfköpfige Schwanenfamilie glitt elegant über den großen Karpfenteich und ich habe weiter mit meinen neuen Objektiven experimentiert und hatte mir den Schlossturm und die vier östlichen Attikafiguren auf dem Schlossgebäude zum Ziel genommen. Maecenas, Grammatik, Arithmetik und Geometrie sind die vier. Und Halleluja, kam ich von der Brücke auf der anderen Seite des Karpfenteichs nah an den Turm ran.
