It’s the seventh and final day of the convention, and starting this afternoon, we’ll be completely breaking down the setup here in London. Today, I spent most of the day sitting at a camera in the main hall because I had to fill in for someone, and that was actually quite relaxing for a change. But then, as mentioned, we moved on to the complete technical dismantling, including overtime, and of course that racked up quite a few steps again. Today I’ve brought you two photos taken from the cable car of the ExCel, where we work, and the very large self-supporting O2 Arena.

Siebenter und letzter Kongress-Showtag und ab Nachmittags dann Komplettabbau hier in London. Heute hab ich zuerst viel Zeit des Tages im Hauptraum an einer Kamera gesessen, weil ich für jemanden einspringen musste und das war mal ganz erholsam zur Abwechslung. Aber dann ging eben wie erwähnt in den kompletten technischen Abbau inklusive Überstunden und da sind dann natürlich wieder ordentlich Schritte zusammengekommen. Mitgebracht hab ich euch heute zwei aus der Seilbahn geschossene Bilder vom ExCel, in dem wir arbeiten, und der amtlich grossen freitragenden O2 Halle.
