Monday ☀️ 12222

A very mild, yet still quite crisp start to the week, with temperatures above 5 degrees and a light breeze. I did interval walking around the Luiseninsel loop through the palace gardens, turned a few more objects into Gaussian splats, and relaxed and cleared my head with breathing, eye, and meditation exercises on the shore by the old alder tree. To kick off the week, I’ve brought you a pretty, majestic little flower with a name that’s no less majestic: Fritillaria imperialis, or Crown Imperial.

Ein sehr milder, aber trotzdem recht frischer Wochenanfang bei über 5 Grad und leichtem Wind. Ich bin die Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark im Interval-Walking gegangen, habe ein paar weitere Objekte in Gaussian Splats verwandelt und bei Atem-, Augen- und Meditationsübungen am Ufer bei der alten Erle entspannt und den Kopf frei gemacht. Mitgebracht hab ich euch zum Wochenstart ein hübsches, majestätisches Blümchen mit nicht minder majestätischem Namen, Fritillaria Imperialis oder Crown Imperialis.
