Friday ☀️ 8257

A cool—because very windy—morning, around 5 degrees. Today’s sunrise was an interesting spectacle, with a reflection on the clouds that looked like a beam shooting high up into the sky. Of course, I captured that for you before setting off on my interval walk around Luiseninsel in the palace park. Breathing exercises and a bit of meditation on the island’s shore by the old alder tree were, of course, part of the routine. Plus, the light was amazing today and really set the Athene statue off beautifully, so I just had to bring it back for you.

Ein kühler, weil sehr windiger, Morgen um die 5 Grad. Der Sonnenaufgang war heute ein interessantes Spektakel mit einer Reflexion an den Wolken, die aussah wie ein Strahl, der hoch hinaus in den Himmel schoss. Den habe ich euch natürlich eingefangen, bevor ich mich dann mit Intervall-Walking auf den Weg gemacht habe, die Luiseninselrunde im Schlosspark zu machen. Atemübungen und etwas Meditation am Ufer der Insel bei der alten Erle gehörten selbstverständlich dazu. Zudem war heute das Licht großartig und hat die Athene sehr schön in Szene gesetzt, sodass ich sie euch auch einfach mitbringen musste.
