It's proper winter with snow flurries, cold temperatures, and winds around 0 degrees. Today, I walked the Mierendorff Island route again, and afterwards, I enjoyed a hot green tea at home to warm up. I also did a few breathing and meditation exercises by the water before the windy snowstorm set in heavily again. The pictures show quite impressively what has been happening here since last night. You wake up unsuspecting and suddenly it's a winter wonderland.

Es ist richtig Winter mit Schneetreiben und Kälte und Wind um die 0grad. Die Mierendorffinselrunde war heute wieder dran und danach schön zuhause eine heissen grünen Tee zum aufwärmen. Ein paar Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser unterwegs waren auch noch angesagt bevor das windige Schneetreiben wieder richtig einsetzte. Die Bilder zeigen recht eindrücklich was hier seit der letzten Nacht abgeht. Du wachst ahnungslos auf und Schwupps ist Winterwonderland.
