Ok so this isnt really what springs to mind when one mentions food photography LOL. But it could have been food, well if only perhaps a bit earlier LOL.

The other day I was making some potstickers and I always cut up a good amount of napa cabbage to go in them. I usually only use the top half of the cabbage as the bottom half is too firm. However, the bottom part can be used for soup...
Of course all best plans get delayed and one day turns into two days. Well this is what suprised me when I went to cut up the napa for the soup.
I think the cabbage decided to use the strategy developed by Charlotte in the book Charlottes Web. I think this cabbage thought that becoming "Some Cabbage" that I would have second thoughts about cutting it up. You know what? It worked. As it turns out I have a fancy piece of flowering cabbage on my windowsill waiting for me to figure out what to do with it LOL.
