Since we are still packing and loading for another DIY run to Virginia, I didn't do a big fancy meal for Easter. However, I did do one of our favorites that we all agree on is yummy, fresh chicken nuggets! So easy, yet so good!
Start with some fresh oil in the Fry Daddy.
I prefer a 50/50 mix of seasoned flour and bread crumbs for the coating,
Dice up some fresh chicken breasts.
I whisk up two eggs for the batter.
Fry until golden brown.
Make sure that it is 170F or above.
Dig in and enjoy these bite sized pieces of heaven!
