Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

We are a musical group that began its trajectory singing in the streets of Barquisimeto - Venezuela. Right now our work team has grown a lot and has become part of the life of six young dreamers with a clear objective, to take our music to every corner of the planet.

In this first publication, I will tell who is the person who will run this account, a little bit of his story and how was the way to get here; as well as the motivations to start this new personal project. So I must start with my name: Manuel Fernando Sánchez Rodríguez.

Hello everyone, my name is Di Di, this year I am 24 years old, people often call me baby Di. I'm happy to know everyone. I learned through this site through a brother who works in the same company as me. Through this site, I get to know and meet many friends.

My name is Diego, I was born and lived until I was 27 in the Northeast, a place I love so much and that I make a point of returning whenever possible to renew my energies. There I find a vast world of culture, beauty, landscapes and people of different shapes. I am graduated in business administration and currently live in São Paulo, a place that I fall in love with every day.

Hi Hive, this is my introduction I'm Alejandro, but you will know me here as jandrox, I'm Venezuelan, I'm 14 years old. With the help of my dad @/danielcarrerag I'm going to take up vlogging again, since a few years ago in other platforms I used to publish things like video games, my progress in English or my passion for soccer.

Have you ever thought about the commonalities between music and photography? In one we can tell stories through sounds and silences and in the other through lights and shadows.

My name is Francisco Terán, or simply Fran, as many of my friends call me, I'm from Venezuela and I play classical guitar, but I'm passionate about the arts and one thing has led me to the other, so I've been dabbling in music production, film and photography.

My name is Kamila, born and raised in the smallest state in Brazil, in the countryside of Sergipe. Currently, I am a stylist, graduated in civil engineering, I am adventurous, passionate about adrenaline, love to know different places, foods and cultures, passionate about photography.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
