Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

My name is Leny, 46,and a mother of a nineteener, a proud Antiqueña. I love reading and writing since the time I learned to read and write, but my passion in Writing really begun during my high school days, when i have to use my free times on the Library rather than hanging out with my classmates on the school premises. I'd rather sit in a bench and read any reading material I can have. I borrowed books mostly Novels and read it at home. Reading from time to time helped a lot on my vocabulary. Later, it paved the way for me to do poetry. I fell inlove with making rhymes out of similar sounding words. I started with a single line, finding another line until I formed a stanza. Its not easy at first but as I go along the words just poured in. I can still remember the very first rhyme I formed, please let me do share it with you:

Hello my name is Ifunanya D. Anagor, I'm a boy, and I am 12 years old yes you read that right 12 Years old....

I have a lot of hobbies, but reading is most likely at the top of the list. Reading is something I do everyday and I hope I can say the same for anyone reading this Post.

I was created out of love and nurtured with love by my family. I was born on 02 February 1995 in the beautiful place called Cebu, Philippines. My real name is Kim Tuyen, and I just turned 26 this year. This name was given by my grandmother before I was born. At that time, when I was still in my mother's womb, my grandmother wanted to give it a name with the meaning: the next life will shine like a golden thread. And with the name attached to that beautiful meaning, I also want my life to be able to sparkle like what the name brings.

Hello everyone, my name is Nguyen Dong Ky (KY DG). I was born and grown up in Da Nang city. I have two brothers and now I live with my mother in a small house. My childhood is associated with memories of both ups and downs of pain and joy. But those ups and downs have made me become a calm, sympathetic, loving and appreciative person.

My name is Joy Dukeson. I graduated in the department of English Language and Communication studies from the prestigious Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State. Nigeria. I am a broadcast journalist as well as a Nollywood actor. I am married and expecting my first child pretty soon. Super excited to know that I will be called mum by my own flesh and blood. I am nervous and eager to see my child soon.

Hello, I am supposed to introduce myself here and comment what I do or what I have been doing with my life, well, here we go, my name is Alirio Camero, I am 31 years old and I live in Valencia, capital of the state where the battle that liberated Venezuela from the Spanish empire took place, now we are not as free as Bolivar (our liberator) dreamed, I think he must be turning in his grave and all, but I have come to talk about me, not to give a history lesson.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
