Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

My name is Jennifer, I was born in Caracas and I am a filmmaker. I grew up surrounded by art, with my mother painting oil paintings, my grandmother making patterns and baking, my grandfather's soup that was always present on Sundays, my mother's designs that she presented every end of the year since she was teaching dressmaking classes, that's where my path in art began, modeling for her children's carvings.

Throughout my life I have worked as a mechanic, welder, bricklayer, cabillero, boilermaker and a lot of other trades. Now I am living with my dad, my brother and my partner in Ciudad Guayana in a neighborhood called Campo Rojo here in Venezuela and well as I was telling you I like to cook, listen to music, play video games and my hobby is to go fishing when I have free time if there is not a tigrito to kill (extra work), you know the situation of the country but well not to go into too many details we must thank God for every day more of life and this is my situation.

I am a hairdresser, a profession that I have practiced for more than thirty years, giving me a lot of learning and well-being. Currently I work as a housewife (housework). I consider myself a respectful, kind, fair, fun, protective, humble and responsible person.

I am a very creative person, i like to decorate, paint, order, make journaling, create and draw, i did bullet journal from 2020 to 2023, that is for 4 years, but i stopped because i was not constant and i forgot, i hope to teach you each one of my crafts and the process of these.

I dedicated myself to being a mother and wife, 6 years later we decided to have a second child, in 2009 my second baby my blue prince was born, I wanted to have only two but life had other plans for me, my hemoglobin began to drop at 7 months of pregnancy but quickly and uncontrollably, so they decided to inject steroids to mature the baby's lungs to be born at 32 weeks, he was born beautiful and healthy.

My name is Florendy, but I prefer to be called Endy. If I were asked to describe myself in one word, I would definitely choose “cheerful”; I'm a very enthusiastic person, who likes to find fun and happiness in every moment of my life.

Hi friends of Hive, my name is Rafael Galindez, I was born on May 3, 1982, I am 42 years old, I am the youngest of 3 brothers, originally from the city of Barquisimeto Venezuela, I currently live in Rancagua Chile, Catholic and I am a professional Administrator, also, University Technician in Computer Science career that I have never exercised but that has served me in the labor field, I have always liked to fight for my professional improvement although in recent years I have not dedicated time to continue studying, I have always been characterized by sharing my knowledge with all the people around me, something that led me at some point to be a university professor, Another great passion is the kitchen since I was a child always filled my attention the world of gastronomy is something that has motivated me in the most difficult moments of my life, for me the kitchen is a therapy and has also allowed me to meet many people, on the other hand I also like to travel to new places and new foods, I like reading, movies, exercise and how not to say I love to be at home spend a day at home, between ordering, cooking and also slacking.

Ever wondered about the person behind the screen? Well,I have! Everyone has digital footprints through their online identities,but feeling authentic outside these filtered profiles provides comfort sometimes.and just be so,here I am, Julius,pulling back the curtain and inviting you into a glimpse of my world.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
