Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hi everyone! I'm Jave and I'm from the Philippines. I am 30 yrs old and I am currently an Angkas biker. Angkas is the first motocycle taxi company here in the Philippines and that's one of the reason why I decided to join them after leaving BPO industry as a call center agent for 6 years. I love motorcycle since I was a kid and decided to buy my own bike at 23. I can still remember that I actually park it to my friend's house that time for almost two months to hide it from my mom and dad because they are really against with motorcycle. It is not that they are not supportive, but they are just worried on the possibilities that might to me while riding a motorcycle. Here in the Philippines there's a saying coming from the old people that "whenever you're riding a motorcycle, one of your feet is on your grave" and I agree with that. However, that can't stop me with my passion. I feel freedom whenever I ride it.

Living life to the fullest is not that easy but living the life that makes you genuinely happy and contented, that is what makes you a person. More you and the people that make you stronger, day by day. Hey there. I’m Maria Paula Adaoag but you can call me Pau. 25 years of age. I’m from Gerona, Tarlac Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration major in financial management. I’m happily married and a mother of one. Being a wife, a mother of toddler and a working mom is tough one. I start my day by having a little kiss and hugs from my son then preparing breakfast before going to work and ending it up with more kisses and hugs from him saying he really misses me.

Hola hive world I'm Kers and I am 19 years old. I live in the City of Bogo, Cebu. Let me share some fun facts about me, I am funny, I can easily make jokes because I have good humor, and also I am very friendly and kind, that is why I have a lot of friends because they love my jokes HAHA, and they love me. So I hope I can find friends here because I will assure you that when I will become your friend I will make sure that your stomach will get hurt laughing at my jokes. I am a senior high school student and my strand is Humss which means Humanities and Social Sciences also I am an academic achiever. I am good at oral and written I can also do dramatic play and roleplay.

Hey, there! I'm @zaldy07, living in the lovely province of Tarlac, Philippines. A 3rd Year Student from Tarlac State University with a course of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Education. Let me first introduce myself, I'm Kristal Sharmaine Mayoyo, but you can always call me Tal. I’m 23 years old, and I currently reside in Gerona, Tarlac, Philippines. I completed my bachelor’s degree in accounting information systems at Tarlac State University, and right after I graduated, I landed my first job as a sales admin specialist. Until now, I still love working here in my current job.

I was born into a loving family in a small town in the countryside. My parents were hardworking and provided for our family. I have two siblings, a younger sister, and a younger brother as you can see I am the eldest one. My childhood was filled with joy, laughter, and lots of fun. I remember spending most of my time playing with my siblings and friends, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
