Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Now that I'm about to enter the world🌍 of "Hive" for all in here I just want to let you know that I gave meaning to my name NIK which means "Now I Know" like now I know what's in Hive. I am over thirty and living in the Philippines. I live alone and I only rent accommodation. I am far from my family👪 but I visit them. I am the second of four siblings; I have two brothers and one sister. I'm the only one at this age in my family who doesn't have children because I'm still single but, in a relationship, 💕. I graduated🧑‍🎓 in two courses: Computer Secretarial and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

Hello everyone! I am Grsyll and I am incredibly thrilled to start my journey here on Hive. Writing has always been my sanctuary and sharing my thoughts and ideas has been something I always look forward to.

As I commence my voyage with Hive, I have the honor of introducing a good friend who made me aware of this dynamic and intriguing platform - @ayane-chan introduced me to this amazing platform. It seemed like a perfect platform for a content enthusiast like me who is constantly brimming with thoughts and ideas.With a depth of wisdom and a penchant for empowering others, she showed me a unique path where I could transform my ideas and thoughts into meaningful dialogues and conversations.

I am Rebecca Cabiao, 33, from Northern part of Cebu. I have two kids with me and I love to take care of them whenever I have free time. I already graduated from college just this year but still don’t know or tired of thinking what to really do with my life. Sad, but the time I finished college, it help me realize a lot of things in the world. Myself told me I’m that old and still don’t have a stable job. I mean I am a bit confused of how to handle things in order for my mind to stay at rest. I love to do outdoor activities before, and I want to still do it this time but it seems like life is different now, life is full of unpredictable moments wherein it stops you from doing things you love to do. Life is complicated, life is everything.

Hey there, Hive family! We're Jeyang Chronicles. This is our first time writing a blog, and we're thrilled to embark and share our experiences, passions, and great moments along the way, through this blogging journey. But have you wondered, who are the people behind Jeyang Chronicles?

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.

If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
