Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello, Hivers! Have a great day I am a newbie here! it's teff a girl without a passion but always trying her best to fit in what other people's doing, not just because I am following what they're doing but to build my own self-esteem. The thing is I just want to improve my skills and overcome my weaknesses. I am fond of cats but my mother didn't allow me to own one, the thing is I don't know why, I am seventeen years of age, I am from Cebu, City was born on June sixteenth, two thousand six, I'm from Philippines I am a pure Filipino, I am the youngest and I am also the only princess since I am the only girl, I can say that I am very lucky to have them, they took care of me when I was a toddler and sometimes they are the ones who give my needs I am an introvert girl but at the same time extrovert when it comes to the person I like to be with especially when I am comfortable with someone and to my close with.

Hello Hive, I am Jaycee, a 17 years old girl. If you ask me why I come up with the question above is because honestly I really don't know what I really want for myself, my goals, or plans. Every time I make decisions I will question myself, is it right? Or Is this something I wanted? that's why I will just go with the flow. I envy those people who have plans in their life and this makes me feel like I can't go anywhere. I'm afraid to make a wrong decisions but I want to become someone who is successful, but as the saying goes "A goal without a plan is just a wish". With this Introduction blog I will take this as an opportunity for self reflection of how much I know my self and also a way for me to understand my life as well.

Hi everyone!!! My name is Sam Manalili but you can call me "lang" if you want. I'm 17 years old. I live in Barangay Managase Tabogon Cebu Philippines. I am the youngest in our family. My height was 5'5 and my weight is 70. I have 1 sister and 3 brothers. There name is Vincent, Vanissa, Loyd and Regan. My Nanay's name is Alma (she is our biological mother but we call her Nanay), she's only a house wife. My Tatay's name is Pablo (he is our biological father but we call him Tatay), he's a Barangay Councilor last year but sadly this year election October 30, 2023 he is not lucky for this year.But it's okay we accept about it. He has a part-time job like carpenter, he loves also in gardening.

Hello Hive, I'm novembees, a brave girl. I am 18 years old,I am 5'1 tall and weight 40 . I have tanned skin, brown hair, and short hair with a cute smile. I am from Don Gregorio Antigua Borbon, Cebu. My father's name is Reynaldo, and my mother's name is Helen. I have 8 siblings - five boys and three girls, excluding me. I graduated from Tabogon Roosevelt High School.

I was 8 years old at that time, so I was supposedly in grade 3. My younger sister and I would go to school every morning on weekdays. We both had responsibilities in our lives because of what my mother said. My mother had a lot of good advice for the sake of her daughters. Looking forward to grade 4, I felt that my mother wasn't feeling well, so I asked and she said she was okay. After 1 week, my mother went to the hospital and she was very weak. She wasn't comfortable with her situation. My mother needed us and we needed to be strong, brave, and accept whatever results were to come. My mother passed away, which was very painful news. Everything started darkening like charcoal, and my heart felt shattered. The pain was so fresh, but I learned many ways to recover from problems.

My life is too challenging because I've been experience being a broken family, live alone, because when I'm just 9 years old my mother left us for her new lover It's really hard for us to accept it but we started to move on and forget it because we just realized its hard ofcourse because in that time my father doesn't have a job he need to adjust first because of my mother it's really struggle for me to comfort my father because I'm just to young that time my sister didn't go home she stay in her lover so it's hard for me but my father never give up he got another motivation to work harder because he still have me even my mother left us I got motivational too everytime i see my father struggle I always think to study harder to give my father a good life every challenge in my life give me lessons

Hi Hive, it's me @fairydimples I'm currently studying in senior high school. I am 17 years old turning 18 next year and my zodiac sign is Taurus. I live in Sab-a San Remigio Cebu which is located in the Philippines. I have 7 siblings out of the 7 we only have one boy and I am the youngest among the 7. My height is 4'11 and my skin color is neither too white nor too black. Another thing I am the only cute among them 😄.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
