Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

My parents named me Bless, and I am a 9th grade student at Jagobiao National High School. I am recently residing in Mandaue City with my only funny, jittery, but golden-hearted brother, Preach, and highly honored parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jemuel Dumalag. It is such an honor to be part of this platform with my username, @Blessie31, which is personally defined as someone who is passionate in singing. Hello hive friends! I hope you are feeling well and having a nice day. My name is Angelica Salcedo, but usually they call me Angie and today I come to summarize a little about my life.

I was born on February 25th in Venezuela, in the state of Monagas, I am 16 years old. Right now, I'm in my last year of high school and honestly I still haven't decided what career to study, I have several options but I'm very bad at making decisions... That makes me crazy.

Good day Hive! It's me douceink. I lived in the Philippines and a pure Filipino by heart and by blood, I was born and raised in Bohol, and moved out in Cebu during my first year in high school. I turned 17 last August 11.

I am the eldest among my three siblings and I wanted to share a peek of my introduction here on Hive. I am describing myself as someone who's a very soft, shy and passionate person especially to the things I love to do. I do have different personalities depending on someone I am with. For others, I am an introvert, and for others I am an extrovert type of person.

Hello, lovely Hivers! On this platform, I go by my new moniker as @daenerhys. This username is deeply personal to me, as it was inspired by the light and hope that emerged from the loss and challenges I've faced as my life goes by. I'm a twenty-three-year-old Senior High School student, taking a General Academic Strand at Ilihan Integrated School in Ilihan, Tabogon, Cebu, Philippines.

Many of them said that I don't even look like exactly at my age because I have a baby face.😁 I'm just an average type person, with average height which is 5'2 feet. I'm also a proud mother of two adorable little ones(my eldest is 2 years old and the youngest is already 11 months). In fact, I'm balancing my studies with the joys and responsibilities of being a mother.

It’s nice to meet all of you I'm Kaijen (Or my username is at least).So to keep it short and worthwhile let’s start with talking about myself (Like every intro blog there is, of course you introduce yourself first that’s why it’s an INTRO blog😑) so anyways let’s start right away.

Wassup everyone! I am a newbie here specifically to you Hive. I am @mrpork. That's what my friends call me. They made that for me as a code for our circle of friends. So I'm from the Philippines, located from Cebu province. I am 17 years of age. I was born on October 30, 2006. I'm 5 foot, 4 inches tall. Specially I am a grade 12 student and up coming college soon, I'm not totally as good looking, but I am more beautiful with my own eyes and simple person kinda bit sporty. I'm not also good at speaking of English and I am having a hard time constructing words, and I am here to know everyone in the world, to have a good friends in the internet, so let me join you guys...

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.

If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
