Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

First of all, a warm greeting to all of you who are part of this hive platform as you can appreciate my title is experimenting ando.... As we all know, experience teaches us how to learn new things in life! And as the saying goes: "life is a school 🏫 you never finish learning" and this is my time!!!! To learn and experience new things with you on this platform,it's something new for me,I'm not very good at this writing post but here we go!!!!! A cordial greeting to all the members of this blockchain, my name is Valentina Isabel Carrillo Rodríguez and thanks to the motivation of my friends @/nancytarojas and @/elromeo, today I am part of this #hive ecosystem. I was born in the city of Cumaná on January 23, 2003 (Aquarius girl) at the Sucre Polyclinic, in the center of a loving family that throughout my life have supported and encouraged me to try new things and fulfill my goals. I have been surrounded by people who have helped me to be the person I am today and whom I have taken as an example to be a social person.

Good day, Hivers! My name is Kristine, and I am 23 years old. I am the youngest of four siblings and my parents' only daughter.

As a feature of my self-trademark, I am a man who is willing to endure fighting over challenges to achieve my goal at any cost. Hi! I'm edver143, 43 years old, and I'm the 8th in a group of nine. Starting at 19 years old I have worked with different companies such as Prince Warehouse Club as a sales clerk,Euro-CB Philippinesas a maintenance technician, Jonies Flavored Chickenas a service crew, and Wuhan Fiber Home International Technologies Philippines Incorporated in a connection with PLDT as a fiber optic technician just to name a few.

My name is Jean Marie P. Fuentes, 27 years old and a public-school teacher. I was born in Tabogon, Cebu located in the Northern part of Cebu, Philippines. I came from a family that struggled to make ends meet. I am the eldest daughter among four and I have one sister and two brothers. My father is a laborer, and my mother is a plain housewife. Sometimes my father’s income can’t sustain our basic needs that is why I experienced working at an early age.

I introduce myself, my name is María José, but I prefer to be called María or Majo, I am 24 years old, I was born and live in Táchira Venezuela and I am currently working as an Independent Public Accountant. I live with my parents and my brother, my mom is a computer technician, my dad used to work for the Nutrition Institute of Barinas (another state in Venezuela) and my brother is a political scientist who graduated almost 3 years ago.

Who is 73? Such a simple question that requires an intimate answer, right? But even I have a hard time knowing who I truly am. Forgive me for starting this in a dramatic way. It can’t be helped. I can’t help it. Perhaps, I’m starting to let you meet all of myself. Yes, you read it right. I am a man, a woman, of different personas. No, don’t think I’m losing my mind. Though, I believe that every one of us has their taste of insanity once in a while. That is the price we have to pay for being privileged. But hold it, lol. I’m getting so much ahead of myself now. Sorry, I got carried away.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
