Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hey there, dear Hive community. Today I want to tell you a little bit about who I am and how I got here. I am Christy Arvelaiz, a woman who has had her fair share of challenges and joys in this life that I love so much. And someone who believes she has a lot to tell and develop in this immense and fascinating social network and blog that is HIVE.

My greatest pride is my little Antho, my 8 year old fighter. Raising her and educating her practically alone has been a challenge that I have faced with love and determination. Every day is a new learning experience, and watching her grow fills me with happiness. But, without a doubt, it has been the challenge of my life. And in this, I am sure I am not alone....

Hello, my name is Daniela Gadaleta. I currently live in my hometown Valencia, Venezuela and I’m going to tell you a little about myself.

For almost five years I lived in Peru, totally in love with its gastronomy. During my stay in Lima I dedicated myself to different jobs, one of them was working in a beauty salon. Aesthetics is one of my areas of interest, and I even took several trainings in eyebrows and eyelashes, hair removal, among others, and it was this that allowed me to open my way and chart a new career path in my time as an immigrant. Hand in hand with my fabulous coworkers I had the joy of learning much more from them and exploit my knowledge to the fullest.

Moreover, we are born with individual wills to follow. A scale on which to do what is right and shun what is evil. Yet, having these laid out in front of us, there are still instances where Man would choose the latter. In addition, with these graces, we are able to choose to live this life and not just survive it.

My name is Luis Miguel López, I was born in Cumaná, Sucre State, I am from a small town called Guaracayar, Bolívar Municipality, Sucre State and I currently live in a sector with a beautiful beach called Quetepe.

I am Reyn, a simple young man, energetic, lucky go lucky, Active person and living with great ambitions. Im currently studying as an aspiring future Businessman, striving hard to achieve the dream that I desire.

Hello, Hivers! My name is Czarry Claire, and I am 15 years old from Cebu, Philippines. I was born on May 13, 2008, at Cebu Doctor’s Hospital, Cebu City. I almost died during my mother’s delivery because she was rushed to the hospital due to heavy bleeding. That is why she was admitted to the cesarean section for an operation. Thanks God! I am here survived. We are two siblings in the family and I am the elder.

My dear #Hive community, it is a pleasure to introduce myself to you. My name is Carlys Jiménez, I am 40 years old, born in Caracas but with roots in Cumana where I currently live and have been here for a large part of my life. I lived my childhood in Caracas with my mother, father and my 2 sisters, at the beginning of my adolescence we came to live in Cumana due to personal problems due to my father's profession since he was a criminal lawyer and under this situation he decided to leave of said state. Upon arriving in this beloved city, my father fell ill with cancer and unfortunately died within 6 months and my mother and sisters were left alone and we had to get ahead without him. I decided to study and work at the age of 16 to help my family to survive.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
