Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello Hive, I’m a 36-year-old mother of two, born in the year of the Rabbit, which has a unique personality, as they say. Let me introduce to you myself, my name is Jesamae but my family, friends, and neighbors call me “gaga”, “gagz” and “gagzkie” which means in our dialect “LOVE”. I was born in May, the year of the Rabbit.

Just call me Ladydreamer. I am a dreamer ever since I was a child. I am a simple woman who came from one of the most beautiful towns in the Northern part of Cebu Province in the Philippines. I am happily married and blessed with three lovely children. I am one hundred percent family oriented and I am a dedicated and hardworking public secondary school teacher who always instill positive values towards my learners for almost fourteen years. I also care for my learners and treat them as my family members.

After a few days as an observer, finally, today I have decided to introduce mylself. Hello! My name is Sherilyn Escolche, I'm usually called Sher/Sheryl, that's where my username comes from in all the social media I use. I was born in Venezuela, especifically in Maracay, Aragua state.

Hi, I am Clita! You can also me Clitz, in any of the two you are comfortable with. I have been teaching for almost 11 years. I taught in a private school for 3 years handling Science subject. Then, I transferred to public school, Department of Education, which I am currently teaching.

Hello Hive! This is Mary Jane Dumalag from San Jose Jagobiao Mandaue City, Cebu. I am married to Jemuel Dumalag. and have 2 children named Bless and Preach Dumalag. I'm a hands-on mother who takes care of my loving family with tender loving care.

My name is Anicsa Saldivia, I am 33 years old, I was born and raised in Cumaná, Sucre State. My parents, along with the help of my maternal grandparents (since we lived in their house) gave me a childhood full of love, education and lots of pampering. My paternal family was also always present in everything, I could spend time with them whenever I wanted because they also lived in the city. So many fond memories with my uncles and cousins, always giving great value to family unity.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
