OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 279th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Kristinartindar mountain is located in Skaftafell national park which is part of the Vatnajökull National park. Kristinartindar trail is a round loop that is 17.8 Kilometers long and features amazing views over the nearby valleys and glaciers, peaking with the top that is 1126 meters high. Of course, getting to the absolute top, it's not very easy. The climb is steep and the terrain is not smooth.

Hi everyone! For this week I come to participate with a great mural (at least for me that I liked a lot hehe) that I got located in the well-known "square of books", in Venezuela-Barquisimeto. I'll be honest with you, I've been going through that square for years and I had never noticed that mural, which is weird since it's huge! (covers 3 floors). I think its low visibility is due, more than anything, to the fact that it is in a corner, secluded and most people do not go beyond the bookstands.

Honestly, I was really looking forward to this year's Halloween. Last year's festivities, was, for the most part, COVID canceled like everything else. Our daughter was still a bit too young to appreciate the holiday, but still...it sucked. This year, with things back to (somewhat) normal, I was excited to take her to a few of the better-decorated houses to get some candy. Halloween has always been my favorite holiday, so I knew this was the year to get Hattie on board with some serious "spook-tacular" traditions. I know, that's a lame cliche term, but whatever...

There are days when we feel mentally exhausted, where worry takes over, takes away our sleep, makes us cry. For me, it attacks my stomach. I get severe pains that make me lie in bed and make me writhe in pain. me writhe in pain. Then comes the consequent vomiting and so I go.

This weekend, Mars entered Scorpio and the effect on me was pretty strong. I had agreed to attend a Halloween party organized by a dear friend and I almost cancelled, but thought better of it and ended up enjoying myself as I knew I would. The prompt of this energy can't be denied, though, so yesterday on Halloween proper, I did another ritual in honor of my Ancestors and those of all Humanity. I thanked every single person that I've met in this and all other incarnations, for the information that they've brought into my existence and the evolution that they've facilitated for me. I plan to ritualize this whole week for All Saints' Day today, the Day of the Dead tomorrow, the New Moon in Scorpio on Thursday and finally, the entrance of Venus in Capricorn on Friday.

There's actually a calendar of topics for this challenge, and I've decided that I'll probably use quite a few of those, just to stretch my writing outside my typical beaten (writing) path.

About two months ago, my mother planted a cucumber plant. The plant is now slowly growing. My mother did not buy the seeds and grow them. My mother grew some of the cucumber seeds she bought for cooking. My mother only planted mature cucumber seeds. That cucumber plant started growing last month. It started to grow into a small plant with young green leaves. However, the small flowers did not bloom at that time. At the time, I was photographing the cucumber. I posted the picture below.

It is a celebration carried out by the government, which does not implement policies that improve the quality of life of the LGBTTIQ + community 😜
