El mundo que ha creado el hombre constantemente está buscando someternos para ser prisioneros de sus dictaduras, de sus deseos, de sus necesidades, de sus caprichos y de su poder sobre nosotros cuando no estamos enterados de nuestro verdadero rol dentro de su mecanismo malvado. La sociedad es el medio por el que son sometidos los individuos que habitan en las grandes metrópolis del mundo entero, pues te clasifican según tu clase económica y académica, para diferenciar los diferentes grupos de personas.
Algunas sociedades se clasifican también según su color de piel o la nacionalidad de su ascendencia, aunque hoy en día son muy pocos los casos de discriminación por estos motivos porque en el mundo modernos en el que vivimos se ha avanzado un tanto en cuanto al racismo, o eso es lo que nos hacen creer. Pero el punto es que dentro de estas sociedades se exige un modelo de persona que sin importar su nacionalidad, siempre va a ser un sujeto que en determinado tiempo va a estudiar, va a trabajar, va a enfermarse, y va a morir. En un único molde creado para mantener controlada a la población dentro de un ciclo interminable que nos hacen llamar "vida".
Pero ¿Quienes crearon el molde? Pues muchos teóricos del sistema o la estructura como Michel Foucault, George Orwell, Noam Chomsky, entre otros, coinciden en que un grupo de poderosos mantienen una estructura dentro del mundo para así mantener el control sobre la mayoría y no perder su poder sobre los demás. En todos lados existe una estructura de dominio, en las escuelas, en las prisiones, en los hospitales, en los ministerios, en los sistemas de gobierno, en la política y hasta en los campos más pobres hay una estructura de poder. Es muy conocido todo esto en la corriente filosófica del estructuralismo, y planteado mucho mejor por brillantes mentes de la historia que profundizan en el tema.
Para ejemplificar y hacer una idea general de esto que quiero bosquejar en su imaginación, es preciso que tome el caso de un trabajo regular como cualquier otro donde hay una jerarquía de poder que busca mantener su hegemonía mediante el uso de la fuerza psicológica o valiéndose de las necesidades de los subalternos para manipularles a conveniencia. Hay pues en casa sistema laboral un cabecilla o presidente que es quien determina qué responsabilidades tienen los demás por debajo de él o ella, y a su vez estos determinan las responsabilidades de sus subalternos hasta que llegamos al eslabón más bajo de la cadena laboral que es el obrero, y es aquel manipulado a conveniencia de los intereses de quienes están en pisos superiores, y su labor desempeñada de manera correcta representa un bien para todos, en especial para la cabecilla del sistema laboral. ¿Qué es lo que pasa con aquellos que deciden romper el molde y ser únicos, ser felices, ser ellos mismos? Pues con frecuencia son seres que no tienen "remedio" para el poder hegemónico, y que representan una amenaza para los demás porque pueden incitar a que los otros quieran también ser ellos mismos, y son suprimidos de muchas formas como etiquetarlos de dementes, terroristas, idiotas, e incluso son echados, encarcelados y hasta en algunos casos asesinados, para así preservar el orden dentro del trabajo, la sociedad y el mundo.

Society is the means by which the individuals that inhabit the great metropolises of the whole world are subjected, because they classify you according to your economic and academic class, to differentiate the different groups of people.
Some societies also classify you according to your skin color or the nationality of your ancestry, although nowadays there are very few cases of discrimination for these reasons because in the modern world in which we live racism has advanced somewhat, or so we are led to believe. But the point is that within these societies a model of person is demanded that regardless of their nationality, will always be a subject that at a certain time will study, will work, will get sick, and will die. In a single mold created to keep the population controlled within an endless cycle that we call "life".
But who created the mold? Well, many theorists of the system or structure such as Michel Foucault, George Orwell, Noam Chomsky, among others, agree that a group of powerful people maintain a structure within the world in order to maintain control over the majority and not lose their power over others. Everywhere there is a structure of domination, in schools, in prisons, in hospitals, in ministries, in government systems, in politics and even in the poorest fields there is a power structure. All this is very well known in the philosophical current of structuralism, and it is much better explained by brilliant minds of history that delve into the subject.
To exemplify and give a general idea of what I want to sketch in your imagination, it is necessary to take the case of a regular job like any other where there is a hierarchy of power that seeks to maintain its hegemony through the use of psychological force or using the needs of subordinates to manipulate them at convenience. In every labor system there is a leader or president who determines the responsibilities of the others below him or her, and in turn they determine the responsibilities of their subordinates until we reach the lowest link in the labor chain, which is the worker, who is manipulated to suit the interests of those on higher levels, and whose work, if performed correctly, represents a good for everyone, especially for the leader of the labor system. On the other hand, the workers are manipulated by those who are in the upper floors, and their work performed correctly represents a good for all, especially for the leader of the labor system.
What happens to those who decide to break the mold and be unique, to be happy, to be themselves? Well, they are often beings who have no "remedy" for the hegemonic power, and who represent a threat to others because they can incite others to also want to be themselves, and they are suppressed in many ways such as labeling them as insane, terrorists, idiots, and are even thrown out, imprisoned and even in some cases killed, in order to preserve order within the workplace, society and the world.
