OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2164th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Of course, I have many plans and goals for 2026. The main ones to highlight are the following: achieving my first professional certification in my Literature and Language degree. I hadn't done it before because I needed to complete a certain number of years of work; now that I have, I want to begin this growth in the world of education. Another goal I've set for the new year is to save money to make some improvements to my house, which definitely needs them, so I can keep my home beautiful and welcoming. And finally, I'll tell you about a plan I've made since becoming a mother, which is to give my son a nice party on each birthday, even if it's not the best, to make him feel special on that day, because that's what it is for our lives and the people who love him. And so, I will continue to meet each challenge that each day brings. I am certain that new goals and dreams will appear along the way, and I hope to have the health and physical and mental strength to achieve everything I set my mind to.

We have been feeling pretty uncomfortable in the building on our new land ( where we are trying to live full time, even though it's far from ready to live in ), but felt even worse in our rental house ( which was meant to help us get through the Winter months in a more gentle way ).

I love spirits with fruit, which give them a natural touch. This time, I made a guava guarapita, which is perfect for the holidays and for toasting with the family. Here's my recipe.

2025 was a year of intensity, farewells, and acceptance. I parted ways with the partner I shared my life with, the band that accompanied me in so much music, the town by the sea that saw me grow, and even my dog, who had been with me for five years. Amid all of this, I set out on a journey through Ecuador to compose and heal my broken heart. My best friend came to explore this country so important to me, so that, if I ever forget who I was here, she could remind me.

Last days I've been not feeling so well, nothing crazy just a cold that got me but I was just surviving my work days and haven't had much PC time, this doesn't work so well with a tired mind, especially not when playing Splinterlands which is the main reason for me to turn on my PC, BUT today I logged in and checked the cycling community first to see a new post, good reason to start typing!

This Christmas was really special for me because I FINALLY experienced a white Christmas again. I honestly can’t remember the last time I saw this much snow during the holidays, so it felt almost unreal. There’s about 50 centimeters of snow, maybe even more and everything looks like marshmallows like Dean Martin sings ;)!

I tell you not to explain your philosophy of life, but to live it, because I'm convinced that your own actions should speak for you. Words are easy.

Anyone can put together a nice speech about honesty, resilience, or kindness. But those words, without actions, are just noise. Noise that, over time, becomes annoying and empty.

What defines who you are isn't what you proclaim, but what you do when no one is watching, when it's difficult, when it's hard. That's the only message people remember and believe in.
