Currently I work as an interface designer or better known as UI-UX design, in a few months it will be two years since I started to get into this world and I have noticed the evolution in the projects I have been doing. Partly when they hired me they saw the opportunity that I, not having previous knowledge and being conditioned to a format, I could generate new proposals and indeed I succeeded.

One of the things I enjoy the most on the weekends is shopping, because it becomes an opportunity to get out of the house, clear my mind and why not, discover new places and have pleasant experiences. In the last few weeks, I have been busier than usual, I think I need a couple of hours more each day to take a break and rest. No doubt organization is the key so a good way to save time every day is trying to buy everything I need on the weekend.

Reparación de una lámpara 3 en 1. // Repair of a 3-in-1 lamp. [ESP+ENG]
Greetings DIY and recycling lovers. It's been a while since I last posted in the Hive Diy community, but I'm glad to be back again. Today I come to show you the step by step of a repair - restoration I made to an electric lamp. This curious lamp consists of three main parts: a lantern at the base, a folding lamp in the middle and a semi disco ball at the top. I found this lamp in my father-in-law's garbage room, who has a very curious habit that makes him want to keep everything and not throw anything away, because he believes that everything can be reused. A very enviable way of thinking according to me.

Greetings to the Hive DIY community, wishing you are in the best situation you can be in. And if life is putting you in entertaining situations, I wish you the best possible spirit so that you can move forward. On this occasion, I share with you one of my recycling jobs, in which I dedicate time to an old Compaq brand CRT monitor that I recovered from waste. I'm going to use the materials I get from him for various things I need to build.

Today I would like to tell you about a hyper hardware store that is located in my city and is one of the places I like to visit frequently because it is stocked with the things I am always looking for. I also like it because their prices are very competitive, there are many offers and many times, they have the products much cheaper than in a normal hardware store.

I have always had a love hate with the Sweet Potato, in a publication that I shared with you a few weeks ago I told you about it, the only way to eat it was fried, because that's how our mother taught us to eat it, honestly I could not eat it any other way, but as I have been researching healthy recipes for a long time, it has had to be like that for my health, because I have discovered amazing recipes full of nutrients.

Potatoes and carrots in general terms we have them in our fridges, sometimes we want to make use of them in other ways as it happened in this case that I could not find how to make my mother's dinner to make it a little different and with potatoes that she likes a lot.

When Christmas approaches, Venezuelan homes begin to gather the necessary ingredients to prepare the hallacas, a dish that dresses with joy the dinner of December 24 and that is a challenge to find the point of flavor where diners show their satisfaction, filling with kind comments to the hands that prepared it, usually the guide is marked by the elderly, grandmother and mothers of the family group, who with their work safeguard the national traditions.

Greetings dear hivers and friends . Hope your week was a positive and productive one, and the weekend just came so soon again. And even while we could not achieve all we hoped for, may be for this week or some days gone, we can as well believe to continue from where we stopped from in due course. This thought is the vibe for the unforseen circumstances of life.

Recently, I went on a shopping spree for shoes, which are truly long overdue, as I have managed to use three pairs of shoes for about two years. I have always desired to have some new pairs of shoes, and spontaneously, I did some shopping (though online) for mostly shoes and a few other items. This, I would say, was a result of some cash I got, which was not well planned for and helped me clear a significant part of my long-term debts. I considered living a little; however, I lost caution and bought shoes I eventually felt were in excess, even though I loved them. My mind played the trick on me; I wanted to satiate it, perhaps a deviant autopilot of a calculated or regular lifestyle. That was how I spent about $100 buying shoes of different designs, and I consoled myself that, for the next few years, I would not need to buy any new pairs of shoes for the over 15 new pairs I acquired within the space of two weeks. The average cost of shoes in Nigeria ranges from $5 to $25, but of course, I shopped for shoes that did not cost much yet gave me some confidence in style.
