OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1370th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Happy Tuesday hive people and friends of Daily Blog, infinite blessings to all of you, I hope you are healthy and happy. I have already started the week full of many activities and challenges, as you know, I travel with my baby every day 40 minutes to take her to her place of study.

Today I had a math test first thing in the morning, and then we were just late. Our car woke up with the spark plugs and brake pads out of order, we left the house so that she could get to school on time and her dad and I could solve the issue.

I have always breezed in here once in a while but soon will be constsnt So just be kind to your visitor today. As I mentioned I had the opportunity today to take a walk which I usually do for better health.And am bringing you all this #WednesdayWalk from Lagos Nigeria 🇳🇬.

Last month I went on holiday out of town to visit one of my friends, there he invited me to join a meeting with him. Well, I immediately said yes because even at home alone, I was also very curious about the cafe he was talking about. Well, this cafe is new in the city of Banda Aceh and has a very cool style compared to other cafes I have visited.

I've been wanting to throw this backpack away for a long time, but since I used it to store a few things, I hadn't done it. This bag was given to me as a gift a few years ago and I used it a lot during my volunteer days in the countryside. To go there I just put in it my food, water and anything else I needed. That time and rural place were very nice where I lived equally nice experiences 💞

Having a backpack is very practical if you travel by bus (as in my case), if you will be away from home all day, visiting a friend or on an excursion because you can carry everything you need, the weight goes on your shoulders, on your back, and that makes the trip more comfortable and lighter.

Over the weekend the family and I stopped by a Jazz concert/ marche. I always look forward to these events as there is live music and a variety of food stalls. But my kids…. Not so much. We had a big fuss getting one of my twins to get out of the car when we arrived. He was literally on the verge of crying.

So I did what any normal dad would do, I bought him ice-cream. Then he got in the vibe and we all started playing silly games ( well mainly me lifting up my kids and hanging them upside down and holding them by their ankles so they could walk on their hands. Yeah I think I’m getting better at this dad thing. In the past I would have gotten angry and told him to fk off but in Jamaican patois.

This time I wanted to participate in the challenge and initiative by contributing what experience has taught me. The truth is that when I have to choose some fruits and vegetables in general I look at the color, texture, freshness and sometimes the smell. In addition to other aspects that depend on the particular type of what I am going to buy.

I want to point out that I choose Tuesdays to do my vegetable and fruit shopping; since in my city the supermarkets and vegetable, vegetable and fruit sales are stocked on this day. So it is important to attend in order to select the best possible vegetables.

Today I ran out of my house, I thought I would be late for college classes. I walked as fast as my feet would carry me. I tried not to stop to greet people I knew so as not to waste time. I found a city waking up, with the laziness of the cool temperatures that had just arrived. A recent change in the weather meant that the intense heat of previous days had given way to a delightful temperature to stay in bed.
