Review trying to explain the "diet of accelerated metabolism" that I have been asked so much.
FUENTE
The metabolism improves through good habits and that does not happen for "punctual foods" if not for a healthy nutrition sustained over time ...
The daily energy expenditure (or calories, or how we want to say) of a person is divided into:
Basal metabolism, is about 60% of energy expenditure. It implies the expense we have without doing any type of activity.
Approximately another 10% of our energy expenditure is taken by the thermal effect of the food (chewing, absorbing the food and transporting the nutrients). Accelerated metabolism? No ... the food, whatever it is ... modifies the metabolism ... 3. Physical activity, implies approximately between 15 to 30% of the energy expenditure. Now ... this activity is divided into:
- Non-sport physical activity (NEAT): Walking, climbing stairs, etc.
- Sports physical activity (whatever the exercise was). The metabolism improves as our habits improve: - If we rest better and at propitious times, our metabolism improves.
- If we perform physical activity and improve the quality of our muscles and our mitochondria, the metabolism improves.
