There are people out there paying for "mindfulness" sessions and scented candles to deal with stress. Personally, I suggest just drinking a beer in front of the ocean. I recently went for a walk, sat down to contemplate the sea, and confirmed that having a beer while watching the horizon is the most underrated plan in existence.
