Hello friends of the community of Steemit, today we will talk a little bit about the happiness that we so long for, all human beings seek the wonderful and coveted happiness and we ask ourselves Where is happiness, when will I get happiness? , but it all depends on what concept the person has about happiness, what it means for her or it is just where she looks for it. I have always thought that in that tireless search there are 2 reasons why we lose it before we find it:

1.-We lose happiness because we think that only money will bring it

I know that by reference many hope to get it through money, with the purpose of never living a moment of sadness, nor suffering, nor suffering, but I think they are wrong because happiness is a state of fullness, emotion, peace, ecstasy, pleasure, joy that we live in certain moments, becomes eternal only if it is within your being.. Therefore, happiness depends on the essence of the human being, it is born from within, it is within oneself, it does not need money to live it and get it. Don't think that when you have all the money in the world, you'll be happy, who can assure you that once you have it, happiness will be waiting for you? maybe you will realize at the end that you did not enjoy moments that deserved your attention and then there will be no turning back and not even because you have the money you have will you be able to buy those moments. Perhaps with the person you wanted to share that happiness with at the end of your journey, you will cease to be... and I assure you that you will realize that happiness was always by your side and you could never see it, it was always within you, waiting to flourish. Just like the author Robin S. Sharma, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, says:

"Happiness is a journey. It's also a choice you must make. You can marvel at the diamonds on the road or you can keep running all your life, chasing that treasure chest that turns out to be empty. Enjoy those moments that each day offers you, because today is all you have."

2.-We lose the Happiness of Thinking About Time

We must change our way of thinking, not wait for the end of the road to have it, we must simply feel it every day on the road we travel, living every moment of our lives. ? The moment that counts is now, the past is gone and the future is gone? The instant, the today, is the one that must be lived because it will soon pass into the past and you will not have enjoyed it or lived it. After it becomes past you will not be able to change it and it will not be worth worrying about because it will belong to yesterday. People do not enjoy happiness or experience it because their minds direct their thoughts in thousands of directions without having a center or think about how they would have changed the past or think about what the future will bring them, and so they never achieve happiness, because their lives are spent only in worry and thus lose the most precious thing that is time. There are excerpts from the author Robin S. Sharma, in his book entitled The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, which I would like to quote:

"You can have the life you deserve as soon as you begin to understand that the path you are walking on is full of diamonds and other treasures. Do not spend so much time chasing after the great pleasures of life while neglecting the small ones. Slow down the pace. Enjoy the beauty of everything around you. You owe it to yourself."

"As I said before, goals and dreams for the future are essential in any successful life. Waiting for what comes next is what makes you get out of bed every morning and what inspires you every day. Goals invigorate life. What I'm saying is don't let go of happiness for fear of fulfillment. Don't put off things that are important for your well-being and personal satisfaction. You have to live fully today, don't wait to win the lottery or retire. Life should not be put off".

With these paragraphs it can be understood that when it refers to living every moment it does not mean that we stop setting goals in life, but on the contrary we set ourselves challenges to feel satisfaction and personal growth, but that happiness is not at the end of the realization of the objectives, but that we live on the road, we live day by day. We cannot leave our state of fullness for later or live stressed about getting things done. If you look around you will appreciate that you are a blessed person, if you are happy with what you have, imagine what you will be when you achieve what you want. Live and enjoy, be free to love what you have.

Happiness is Within Your Being

When people look for happiness in a different place, many times it is because they have an inner lack, feel a void and look for something that fills them spiritually, that's why I say that happiness is within our being, it's something that only you can feel and experience, only you can produce it, and the only way is to be aware of it. Happiness is always there in the way you feel and see, in every air you breathe, in every ray of light, in every flower, in every detail, just admire and thank, then I guarantee you that everything will come in addition, when you discover it and feel full you can transmit that happiness to others. Try to be like a child who experiences things, touches and observes them with admiration, laughs at anything, plays, enjoys and learns.
