The hardest and most important job is the one I do in myself!

Have you ever wondered if you're taking your best potential out of yourself?.

Have you ever thought things would be better if you'd put all your effort into what you do?

Have you ever felt disappointed in yourself because you could have given more and didn't?.

This happens to all of us, sometimes we feel that we have not completely surrendered ourselves to the things we do, that if we had perhaps done it, we would have another satisfactory result, the reality is that we should not always fall into the same thing, disappoint ourselves, flagellate ourselves, and then make the same mistake over and over again, turning everything into a vicious circle. The only way to achieve changes in our life is by changing ourselves, we must compete with our inner self, challenge and overcome ourselves to get the best out of our being. How many times do we say because this always happens to me? . Simply because we have caused it with our actions.

"When you want to change your being, you must not look at your surroundings but at your inner self.

That's why I loved reading the book:

Better than it can be
Authors: Danny & Marie Lena.

These are books that nourish our being, so in this post I will talk to you about your first chapter:

What's the best it can be?

When I read about this chapter and saw its title, I asked myself What can we do to improve ourselves? In a few lines I got the answer:

"Competing with yourself is really the key to being the best that you can be can become "

Then I thought that many people are wrong thinking that they can improve by competing with other people or thinking that the money they get is that it will make them happier or make them better, so that they feel personal satisfaction the key is to compete with themselves and challenge themselves to be the best being.

Always do your best...
and the best will come.

This leads us to a reflection if you are not satisfied with what you have, with your life, with your work, with your friends, with your partner, don't think that money will make you better, because it may be that you achieve great things, but you feel a great emptiness inside you. Don't expect to have money for things to change or improve, or to be happy or feel better, rather you should try to increase your level of self-esteem, self-esteem, seeking to give more of yourself every day, to be a better servant, by the time your day is over you can say * "Guaaooo I feel satisfied because today I gave the best of me" *, you will feel happy because your great self was able to express itself and not be repressed by mental and social paradigms.

Money is important, but it will never give you greater satisfaction that people love and appreciate you for your way of being, so we must grow from the inside out.

Here is an excerpt from the book that I liked and it is very good to quote:

It is true that aspiring to the things money can buy can be the driving force behind our productive efforts. After all, having excess money can certainly make things easier. It's great not to have to worry about paying bills or buying something for your family or yourself. But a sense of challenge and while earning money is a key ingredient for a happy and fulfilling life. It is wonderful to have a sense of purpose and to be expanding, so that at the end of the day I can say:

"Today was the best version of myself".

Maybe a lot of people in this post will say, but you haven't told me how to be the best, because I would recommend them:

    • Educate oneself on a personal level, read personal growth books, attend seminars and conventions.
    • Associate with people who have a vision similar to the one you are looking for.
    • To take on a daily challenge to improve yourself in the area that you feel you haven't been the best.
    • Not judging, not criticizing or complaining, sometimes this becomes a little difficult, but this will make you analyze your attitudes towards other people and see if you were able to give more than you gave of yourself.
    • Self-assessment daily without flagellate, but analyzing their actions and if you feel that you were not your best version, challenge it the next day. That will make you a better being every day.

I consider that we are all extraordinary beings, but we must work and polish our inner self, so that our being can emanate the great light that we carry within.
