Le subí el volumen a esa canción que me activa, me enfoqué en mi respiración, y le metí ganas como si cada paso fuera una declaración: "Estoy aquí, firme. Y no me rindo."
Así que si hoy te cuesta… si tus piernas están como las mías ahorita: rendidas pero orgullosas… recuerda que estamos entrenando más que músculo. Estamos entrenando carácter.
