I was trying to make an omelette, & filled it with too many ingredients and it stuck to the pan. 💡 Then, I decided to turn it into a sandwich and put it in the oven, instead of eating a mess on a plate.
Havarti, tomato, & mushroom omelette with roasted red pepper hummus on 21 grain toast.
