I just bought a case of oranges, but I think there are too many to eat. I put some of them aside to make a dessert. Then I looked around my apartment for ingredients I can use to make something with them. I decided to make orange jelly. Let鈥檚 start!
Serves: 1-2 people
Ingredients
- Oranges, 2
- Sugar, 3 tablespoons
- Water 100 ml
- gelatin, 3 grams
- Water for mixing gelatin, 30 ml
Directions For Making Fresh Orange Jelly
1.Cut off the top of the orange.
2.Take the orange out of the skin. The skin will be used as a container or jelly mold. Put the orange fruit in a separate dish.
3.Mix well until the sugar and water are dissolved.
4.Mix gelatin and water together. Wrap the bowl and heat it in a microwave at 600 watts for 20 seconds. Take it out and stir it together.
5.Put the mixture into the orange mixture bowl and stir together.
6.Put the mixture in the orange skin and wait for jelly to coagulate about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
7.Serve wit a cup of tea. It is very good!
