After regenerating my health, I used Senu to distract a searching enemy soldier and assassinated him. I then hunted down the Phylake using fire arrows and stealth strikes. Supported by Senu's relentless distractions, I escaped his spears, closed the distance, and landed a lethal leap to eliminate him for good.
When I was getting back toward the Phylake after regenerating my health from the previous fight, I noticed the enemies were still close by. I sent Senu up into the sky to check on their positions.
I spotted both the Phylake and another enemy soldier searching the area for me.
It looked like the Phylake had given up on finding me, as he turned and walked away. However, the extra soldier who had joined him earlier continued to look around.
I sent Senu to distract him while I sprinted forward to eliminate the nuisance, assassinating him the moment I closed the distance.
With that distraction cleared, I decided to go directly after the Phylake. I noticed he was preparing to ride off, so I shot him with a fire arrow to force him to stop. The shot alerted him, and he spotted me immediately.
As he charged close to my position, I slipped away from the spot to escape his initial blow. The Phylake continued to lose health from the fire burning on his armor even while I was not around.
I took cover behind a large rock as he paced back and forth, searching for my location. I ordered Senu to harass him once more, creating the opening I needed.
I seized the stealth opportunity while Senu kept him occupied, but the strike was not enough to take him down completely.
The Phylake landed a counterattack that dealt heavy damage to me, but I kept running to prevent him from overpowering me again, fully determined to end the fight.
While he searched the surroundings, I carefully closed the distance once more. I repeated the same strategy, sending Senu to distract him before landing another stealth attack. The hit dealt decent damage, after which I quickly broke line of sight again.
The Phylake began throwing spears straight toward me in frustration, but I dodged the incoming attacks and refused to fall. Once I broke his focus, I noticed he was attempting to head back toward his mount.
I climbed down from the higher ledge, unwilling to let him reach his horse. I sent Senu to distract him one final time, and while my bird harassed the target from above, I executed a leap directly onto the Phylake. The final blow worked well, taking him down for good.
