I skipped the war elephant fight and rode past high-level bandits to reach a synchronization point on a high tree branch. After taking a leap of faith into the lake below, a local boatman picked me up.

I eventually took control of the boat, rowed to shore, and aligned the Great Twins constellation for 450 experience points.

I decided to leave the giant war elephant alone for the time being and focus on unlocking a nearby synchronization point I spotted on my radar. I whistled for my horse and started riding across the terrain toward the hill.

The journey wasn't very long, but I had to stay sharp because the surrounding area was crawling with high-level bandits that I definitely wasn't ready to fight yet.

One of them caught sight of me from a hiding spot along the path and tried to attack, but I pushed my horse forward and managed to escape before he could land a hit.

I reached the base of the hill and immediately started climbing up to the viewpoint, which was located on a long tree branch extending out over the edge.

I walked out to the very end of the branch and synchronized with the area, updating my world map, unlocking a new fast-travel location, and earning some quick experience points.

From the branch, I performed a leap of faith straight into the large lake sitting below the cliff. Once I hit the water, I started swimming around to scout out the shoreline, and a local boatman noticed me and rowed over to help.

I climbed aboard his boat and sat down, letting him row me across the water since I didn't want to hijack his ride after he went out of his way to rescue me. As he rowed, I looked around and noticed a few other small boats scattered across the lake, likely out there setting up fishing spots.

After a while, it became clear the boatman wasn't actually heading toward the bank and was just rowing in slow circles around the open water. Getting a bit bored, I took over the boat myself, steered it straight toward the nearest shore, and hopped out onto a shore.

Checking out the shoreline, I discovered a landmark called The Great Twins Stone Circle. I walked up to interact with the center of the stones, triggering a stargazing puzzle where Bayek began remembering old conversations with his son, Khemu.

I panned the view across the night sky to search for the matching constellation pattern and managed to locate the Great Twins alignment pretty quickly.

Aligning the stars completed the location objective, rewarding me with 450 experience points, and I spent a few moments standing on the shore taking in the view of the lake before moving on.

I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.
