Waiting for sundown at the top of a lighthouse to meet Hilarius, the old fighter, I enjoyed the view before performing a leap of faith down to him. After racing him, who boasted of his past as the camel of Hermes, he led me to a newly opened Greek entertainment district.
After dealing with a lot of enemies recently, I planned to enjoy a sunset from the port side. Then I remembered the old fighter Hilarius had a side quest for me, and I needed to meet him at the top of the lighthouse right at sundown.
It felt like the perfect time since the sun had started setting, so I decided to head to the lighthouse to meet the old fighter. I started climbing up the tall structure, hoping I would not have to delay too long there.
When I reached the top, I was told to return at sundown. Since the sun was already going down, I just waited there without going anywhere, hoping the sundown would not be delayed much.
From that high peak, I got wonderful pictures of the big lake around, where large and small boats wandered silently across the water. I let Bike wait there for a moment until the sun went down properly.
Soon, I could no longer see the sun because the sun had set behind the mountains and the moon was already present on the sky.
It should not take much longer for the fighter to arrive so I could continue the side quest and earn a good amount of XP. I needed that experience to increase my player level so I could become strong enough to fight high-level enemies.
Then I heard the old man calling for me from the ground below. Bayek asked why he was down there instead of up here, and the old man replied that they had a fight to attend to, telling Bayek to get down. I tried a leap of faith from that high peak, showing off my skill to the old man.
Now I had to follow him while Bayek asked why he had sent Bayek to the top of the lighthouse. The old man, Hilarius, said he had something to say to Bayek, adding that Hilaria was serious now and students should not question their teachers.
Hilarius said he loved the lighthouse because he had lost his virginity there, and he wanted Bayek to see it, mentioning that Bayek's reward was the view and that it should be worth it. Bayek replied in the affirmative.
Suddenly, the old man started running fast, and I had to race him. Hilarius was racing me to the next fight without giving me any hint about a race, and he looked much faster than he appeared.
Suddenly, the old man slowed down, and I took the opportunity to go ahead of him. When I beat him to the finish line, he abruptly stopped and started taking deep, painful breaths.
Bayek told him to rest easy, but Hilarius asked Bayek not to disrespect his teacher, mentioning he used to run circles in the arena for hours and that Pompey had called him the camel of Hermes because he would never tire.
Hearing all this, Bayek felt confused, surprised that Pompey had compared Hilarius to a camel, specifically the camel of Hermes. Bayek suggested that he could do something besides fighting, but Hilarius insisted they had another fight to finish and started running again.
I followed him, and it turned out he took me to a brothel instead of an arena. Hilarius explained that the Colosseum's new entertainment district was now open, calling it a triumph of Greek construction that offered culture and recreation.
A woman approached Bayek, asking if he was the challenger, saying she was going to enjoy this, and told them to follow her because everyone was waiting for them.
I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.
