Here I am talking about Chinese cuisine, I state that I am not an expert but only one who loves Chinese cuisine. In my city, the most renowned and well-known Chinese restaurant is called: "Great China", translated as great China. For many years it was the only Chinese restaurant in town, so we got used to know and appreciate it.

This restaurant being historic in the city is known by all and many of our memories are set in this place, many dinners with friends, many romantic dinners or with the family.
The owner is now aged and in her place is her daughter, a very pretty and helpful young woman.
The menu is extensive and there is everything for everyone, from the typical Cantonese rice, duck, chicken in every sauce, sweet and sour, with almonds, curry, stifato with vegetables, grilled. Pork and veal cooked in many ways, soya vermicelli etc ...
The furniture is classic of Chinese mold, red lanterns and glasses designed with dragons and rural life scenes, very beautiful to behold.
The waiters are friendly even though in recent years I have to admit the service has worsened, they run a lot and often bring you a dish before you have finished the previous dish and this is not pleasant.
On the other hand they have many good desserts, even the fried nutella that lends itself to jokes and antics, instead of being eaten. It remains a suitable place for groups and groups of friends, the price is really low and this attracts a lot of young people or those who want a hot and fast dish.
