This morning, knowing I had to return to the old house to finish packing up some things, I went into town, where I took the opportunity to have a coffee with friends. I was very happy to start my Sunday this way because I found a delightful café downtown where drinking coffee is a real pleasure, especially because it's served in truly elegant cups that I really loved and couldn't help but photograph. Then I went to the old house, also because we're going back and forth now since the cats are still there, but we'll be bringing them here soon. Also because when I sleep here, I really miss their presence. It's strange being in the new house without them, so I went to visit them and showered them with food, cuddles, and affection. Poor kittens who spend some nights alone. Who knows if they'll like their new home? It'll certainly take them a while to settle in, that's normal.

Esta mañana, sabiendo que tenía que volver a la casa antigua para terminar de empacar algunas cosas, fui al pueblo, donde aproveché para tomar un café con amigos. Estaba muy contenta de empezar mi domingo así porque encontré una cafetería encantadora en el centro donde tomar café es un verdadero placer, sobre todo porque lo sirven en tazas realmente elegantes que me encantaron y no pude evitar fotografiar. Luego fui a la casa antigua, también porque ahora vamos y venimos porque los gatos todavía están allí, pero pronto los traeremos aquí. También porque cuando duermo aquí, realmente extraño su presencia. Es extraño estar en la casa nueva sin ellos, así que fui a visitarlos y los colmé de comida, mimos y cariño. Pobres gatitos que pasan algunas noches solos. ¿Quién sabe si les gustará su nuevo hogar? Seguro que les llevará un tiempo adaptarse, es normal.

Then, since I confess that during these days of moving I don't have much time or desire to take care of myself, I decided to dedicate some time to my skincare. I used to do it every day, but in the last few months I've let myself go a bit, both because of stress and because I arrive exhausted in the evening. I no longer know what a skirt or heels or a hair mask is. Now I walk around in a tracksuit, a ponytail and a touch of makeup when I remember, so I dedicated myself to my skincare using a set from a brand I really like, Lakou, with the scent of cherry that my husband gave me. First I used the facial cleanser, which I use every day as a rule because it cleanses the skin of waste products better than water, then I rinsed it off and applied the serum (the toner should be applied first but there wasn't one in this set) under the eye contour to better adhere the eye contour cream that I applied afterwards (I should seriously buy a specific cream for dark circles, I have too many) and finally a very fragrant but delicate face cream, in the end I was satisfied with the result, my facial skin was much more luminous, now I say goodbye to you blog friends, see you tomorrow with other posts! ❤️

Como confieso que durante estos días de mudanza no tengo mucho tiempo ni ganas de cuidarme, decidí dedicarle un rato a mi rutina de cuidado facial. Solía hacerlo a diario, pero en los últimos meses me he descuidado un poco, tanto por el estrés como porque llego agotada por la noche. Ya no sé qué es una falda, unos tacones o una mascarilla capilar. Ahora ando por ahí en chándal, con coleta y un poco de maquillaje cuando me acuerdo, así que me dediqué al cuidado de mi piel con un set de una marca que me gusta mucho, Lakou, con aroma a cereza que me regaló mi marido. Primero usé el limpiador facial, que uso a diario porque limpia la piel de impurezas mejor que el agua. Luego lo enjuagué y apliqué el sérum (primero debería haber aplicado el tónico, pero no venía en este set) en el contorno de ojos para que la crema para ojeras se adhiriera mejor (debería comprar una crema específica para ojeras, ¡tengo muchísimas!). Finalmente, una crema facial muy perfumada pero delicada.
