Para el desayuno casi siempre en mi casa desayunamos con arepas pero en algunas oportunidades me gusta cambiar el menú del desayuno ayer realicé un rico puré de plátano con huevo y queso para mis niñas para mantenerlas con bastante energía toda la mañana.

For breakfast we almost always have arepas for breakfast in my house but sometimes I like to change the breakfast menu. Yesterday I made a delicious mashed plantain with egg and cheese for my girls to keep them full of energy all morning.

Mashed banana with egg and cheese.

Puré de plátano con huevo y queso.

Ingredients:
- 2 Yellow bananas
- 2 Eggs
- Grated cheese to taste
- Butter

Ingredientes:
• 2 Plátanos amarillos
• 2 Huevos
• Queso rallado al gusto
• Mantequilla

To start the preparation of this puree, we begin by removing the peel of the yellow plantain and in a medium saucepan we boil the plantain cut into pieces together with the eggs over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Para iniciar la preparación de este puré iniciamos retirando la cáscara del plátano amarillo y en olla mediana hervimos este cortado en trozos junto con los huevos a fuego medio durante 25 minutos.

Once cooked, remove the shells from the eggs.

Una vez cocidos retiramos la cáscara de los huevos.

In a bowl, mash the yellow bananas, add the butter, the cheese and one of the eggs cut into small pieces, mix while incorporating each ingredient.

En un recipiente trituramos los plátanos amarillos, añadimos la mantequilla, el queso y uno de los huevos cortado en trocitos, mezclamos mientras incorporamos cada ingrediente vamos mezclando.

On a plate we serve the mashed banana and next to it the other egg cut in 4 pieces.

En un plato servimos el puré de plátano y al lado el otro huevo cortado en 4 trozos al lado.

All that's left is to enjoy this delicious mashed banana with egg and cheese.

Sólo nos queda disfrutar de está delicia de puré de plátano con huevo y queso.
