I love salads, I can combine different ingredients, flavors, textures and colors in each recipe to have as a result an exquisite salad. This time I prepared a salad with tuna, avocado, tomato, onion and cilantro which is one of my dad's favorites to go with arepas, but he doesn't add tuna and I do because I love the flavor that is obtained at the end. It can also be prepared with bread, spaghetti or even rice if you like.
Las ensaladas me encantan pueden combinarse distintos ingredientes, sabores, texturas y colores en cada receta para tener como resultado una exquisita ensalada en ésta oportunidad me preparé una ensalada con atún, aguacate, tomate, cebolla y cilantro que es una de las favoritas de mi papá para acompañar con arepas solo que el no le agrega atún y yo si porque amo el sabor que se obtiene al final. También puede prepararse para acompañarse con pan, espaguetis hasta arroz si lo desean.
1 can of tuna, shredded
1/2 avocado
1Tomato
1 onion
1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Cilantro
Adobo to taste
1 Lata de atún desmenuzado
1/2 Aguacate
1Tomate
1 Cebolla
1/2 Limón
2 Cucharadas de Mayonesa
Cilantro
Adobo al gusto
First I washed the tomato, onion and cilantro with plenty of water, then I diced all of them except the cilantro, which I chopped finely. Remove the avocado peel with a spoon, keep the inside of the avocado which I cut into small pieces.
Primero lavé con bastante agua el tomate, cebolla y cilantro, luego corté en cuadritos todos excepto el cilantro que lo piqué finamente. Retiré la cáscara de aguacate con una cuchara, conserve su interior el cual corté en trocitos poco definidos.
I opened the can, removed the oil inside and added the shredded tuna in a bowl along with the avocado chunks.
Abrí la lata retiré el aceite que trae en su interior y el atún desmenuzado lo agregué en un recipiente junto con los trocitos de aguacate.
I added the rest of the ingredients tomato, onion and cilantro that I previously chopped plus the juice of half a lime that I squeezed directly over them.
Añadí el resto de los ingredientes tomate, cebolla y cilantro que previamente corté más el jugo de medio limón que exprimi directamente sobre ellos.
Finally, I added the mayonnaise and adobo to mix all the ingredients and obtain an exquisite salad.
Por último añadí la mayonesa y adobo para mezclar todos los ingredientes y obtener una exquisita ensalada.
