Obviously, good habits have big impacts on our lives over time. When you constantly build one, you will be happy you did in the long run, but starting it is usually the issue, but it's doable.

There are a couple of habits I try cultivating, but I end up being inconsistent along the line, only for me to keep admiring others who have stretched themselves to make the habit their lifestyle and enjoy the results. I believe that being intentional is the best approach. Some good habits I started in the past and dropped along the line were because I wasn't intentional about it; I only desired it without commitment, but there is a particular one I started four months ago that is helping me to date to remain quite organized with less pressure in the morning.

Being a mom of three boys, it has not been simple getting my kids ready for school every morning. Even though I wake up with my alarm by 5:30 am daily, I still find myself struggling to meet up with my kid's school bus. A lot of the time, the school bus driver has to wait for some time before we rush out to join the bus. This happened several times until one day the bus driver angrily left my kids, and I had to enter public transport to take them to school.

After that day, I began a habit with my boys. Every night, we get the school uniform, water bottles, shoes, and other basic things that burn our time in the morning sorted out. So in the morning, we basically do a little, and by 7am, we are set for school. We divided the work, and once it's 7pm, everyone rushes and gets things ready for school against the next day. This good habit has helped me stay more organized with less pressure, and we are ready to keep the ball rolling until further notice because it has really improved our lives for good.
