Hello, everyone.

I welcome you to my blog. There are habits that, if we practice them often, can help us grow, and at the same time, there are habits that, if we practice them often, can lead us into destruction, and there are things we don't even need to make a habit of before they destroy us. There are things that one goes at, and we are already living a life of regrets and wishing we did things differently. In the life we are living, we need to be careful what we make a habit of, what we do, or what we involve ourselves in because these are the things that determine our growth or destruction. We all know those habits that, if we practice them often, can push us to the next level and also those habits that, if practiced often, can drag us below the level we even are.

One habit I practiced that held me back and stood in the way of my progress was procrastination. I will do it later, and then in the end I won't be able to do it, or I will now have too much on my table and will be forced to multitask so I can meet up, and most of the time multitasking is why we end up not giving certain tasks and activities our best, and they turn out not so good because the attention and focus are divided. I missed opportunities and jumped on some when it was already late, and that was when I knew it was time to let go and practice a better habit that helps my growth.

To defeat procrastination, I had to start practicing proper time management; there are other things to do, come up with a schedule, and stick to it. Don't let anything come in the way; when it is time for this, you do it with no excuses, and when it is time for that, you also do that and don't wait a second before you get the job done. Most of the time we feel like 24 hours is no longer enough for us, but if you are able to get things done at the appropriate time, you can see some changes, and things will no longer be as tight as they used to be.

Proper time management is one habit that once cultivated makes things easier for one, reduces pressure, and gives one a calm mind because everything is done at the right time and not under the pressure of meeting a deadline because you failed to get things done at the right time, and now the deadline is upon you, and you just have to rush things and get it all done. Proper time management gives you the best result; things are done calmly and done right.
