Let's assume I was placed in a room with all my childhood friends and classmates, you know those childhood friends I grew up with, played with, shared those funny innocent secrets with, hahaha, and probably got into trouble together, lol. How lively can this reunion be?
No doubt, seeing those familiar faces again after many years will be mad fun. People I used to chat with every day suddenly went their separate ways, so being together will be a very exciting moment.
I think the first few minutes would be fun-filled, full of excitement, shouting, hugging, and calling each other's names with laughter. People must have changed in body sizes and appearances, and there would be lots of "wow, just wow, see how far you have gone." Is this really you? You have drastically changed oo and stuff like that. 馃榾
Those days when we were growing up, we didn't need money to enjoy ourselves; just some fun play outside the house was enough. Even when we quarrel over things today, tomorrow we are okay; there is no need for longer explanations or analyzing what transpired the previous day; we were simply innocent children enjoying childhood.
But then, we grow older, things have changed, people have moved to different cities, engaged in different jobs, and moved to different environments, and now, we can only see it occasionally, and why this reunion will be super exciting. We do exchange greetings on social media, but that ends there, and everyone will go back to their busy lives again hustling and bustling; it is what it is.
Imagine having a reunion to bring us together physically in one room; we won't struggle to fight things to talk about. In fact, we can't even exhaust what to gist about within the time frame we can be together unless the reunion will last for some days; otherwise, one day can't be enough and can never be boring.
Of course there would be mad laughter over many happenings, old stories, funny memories, and probably a few embarrassing moments from our childhood that someone would be eager to remind us about. I am already feeling the moment in a fantasy world. 馃槏
Someone like Victor, I will ask him if he remembers what he did in primary school those days, and before he can defend himself, everybody has already started laughing out loud because this particular memory was highly embarrassing ..lol.
For sure, there would be sharing of experience about life so far, and it will be an interesting session for everyone. Now to the big question, do you think the old camaraderie can be reignited? Oh yeah, I think so, even though it may happen just the way we expect it. While some can pick from where they stopped, others may not reconnect so easily, and that's fine.
And finally, if everyone should participate actively, the gathering could remain lively for hours, creating lovely memories and reconnecting with old friends!
