¡Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive! muy en especial a todos los que integramos esta hermosa Comunidad de Hive Food. En esta oportunidad les traigo una receta muy fácil de realizar, Jugo de Lulo como le conocemos en Venezuela o naranjilla en otras partes del mundo, esta es una fruta cítrica, es rica en vitamina A, C, K; recuerdo la primera vez que lo consumí fue en Barquisimeto estado Lara- Venezuela después de un tratamiento de quimioterapia de mi papá y me lo recomendaron para subir las defensas, desde ese momento lo consumo con frecuencia por sus múltiples beneficios.

¿Qué necesitaremos? :

  • 2 Lulo o naranjilla.
  • 1 Litro de agua.
  • Azúcar.
  • Hielo.

En primera instancia; agregaremos en una olla los 2 lulos o naranjillas, con un poco de agua, hasta que la concha ablande. Esto puede durar aproximadamente 5 minutos. Apago y dejo enfriar.

Una vez que la fruta está fría, le quito la cáscara y la pulpa se extrae con la ayuda de una cuchara y se incorpora al vaso de la licuadora donde añado el agua donde se coció y el azúcar al gusto. Hay que batir hasta que la mezcla quede espesa.

Finalmente, lo retiramos de la licuadora, y pondremos dicha mezcla en un colador para retirar las semillas y desechar.

Con la ayuda de un cucharón, comenzamos a llenar los vasos con hielo, para así degustar de tan divino sabor, esta bebida tiene un agradable olor, de esos que enamoran, espero puedas disfrutar de ella en algún momento.

What will we need? :

  • 1 liter of water.
  • Sugar.
  • Ice.

In the first instance; we will add in a pot the 2 lulos or naranjillas, with a little water, until the shell softens. This can last approximately 5 minutes. I turn off and let it cool down.

Once the fruit is cold, I remove the shell and the pulp is removed with the help of a spoon and is incorporated into the blender glass where I add the water where it was boiled and sugar to taste. We must blend it until the mixture is thick.

Finally, remove it from the blender, and put the mixture in a strainer to remove the seeds and discard.
