Day 77: My Experiment

Have a great October everyone!
Mine is starting quite well. I have been sleeping less and got some writing done. I tend to move around a lot more than even a week ago. This is some lovely progress. Healing is so rapid in Zero Carbs I will not go back to carbs. I cannot imagine what pain will result if I have a carb since having eggs or other meats cause shifts in pain. What will I be like in a year as this body continues to heal!
