Hello everyone in this great community of foodie bee hive, since I was little I watched movies and cartoons where people used to eat sushi, and it always caught my attention: what would it be like to eat sushi?
A week ago I traveled to Havana to my family’s house, and we decided to order food at home, but we were all sure that we did not want something usual, but something that we would not normally eat at home, and my cousin came up with the idea of ordering sushi at home, at that moment my eyes lit up, because I had never eaten sushi and I was anxious.
After waiting 2 hours, they knock on the door and .... They finally brought the sushi. Immediately we started to prepare a teriyaki sauce because we forgot to order it and luckily we had the ingredients to make it, we prepared the table and sat down to eat.
We ordered the varieties of Cuban shishi, which had ripe banana and gave it an incredible sweet touch, spicy tuna sushi, shrimp sushi, fried rice and Chinese butterflies to accompany the menu.
And it came to try these delicacies, I confess that it took us a long time to learn how to use the Chinese sticks, I had never used them, I took the variety of tuna sushi with spicy, because I love the spicy and I put it in my mouth, the explosion of flavors was incredible, the truth is that I was afraid that I would not like them but it We were all full of so much food and we left the table a mess but it was worth it.
In Cuba, despite being an island, the variety of fish does not abound, and in my province there is no sushi business, I had to travel to the capital to try them and I do not regret it at all, the place where they prepare them is called Rei Sushi and I must tell you that I recommend them 100% the quality is the maximum, the way of working and the formality. They won’t regret it.
