My advise to those persons who frequently get angry: learn how to play chess since it is good for your mind and brain development, to widen your thinking ability and help find solutions to difficult situations, good for mathematics and logical thought.
And very important, once you have learned to play it, every time you play with another person –even with the computer- be very attentive whenever you make a mistake, because that’s the very moment you must be alert not to be caught by anger (Which very often is accompanied by an unjustified contempt for your opponent) That’s the best moment to practice emotion control, to reinforce good manners, courtesy and above all, to keep balance and mental health.
