Got a nice sunrise on my morning run. I walked a few of the hills and took it pretty easy after yesterday parkrun. My progress for the week was pretty solid. there was lots of easy running. I just need to try and work a bit more speed work in.
My son came over in the afternoon with some soil he didn't need from his place. We will work it into some sort of garden bed.
