@consciouscat saw Mr Blue tongue lizard wadling across our backyard. I think he or she was on its way from the dry pool pump house to the warm side of the house that gets all the morning sun. The rain has seemed to have stopped for a while, but this time of year, it can change at the drop of a hat.
Fitness wise I am still heavily focused on my zone 2 base with just one harder run each week, the harder run leaves me pretty achy for a couple of days but hopefully my body will adapt, it just seems to be taking a bit longer the older I get.
