Hello, I hope the first collection of brushes I shared was useful to you. As I mentioned before, I'm now sharing my second selection of brushes, and I hope it's also useful to you. All these brushes are for the drawing app Ibis Paint. If you don't know it, Ibis Paint is a drawing app available on all platforms, from Android to the Windows and Apple ecosystems. It's my favorite drawing app, because not only is it free, but it also has a large community behind it that is always creating content and resources and sharing them. To add these brushes to your Ibis Paint, you just need to load the image I'm sharing with the QR code inside the Brushes tab.
Hola, espero que les haya sido útil la primera colección de pinceles que les compartí. Como adelantaba, ahora les comparto mi segunda selección de pinceles, y espero que también les sea útil. Todos estos pinceles son para la aplicación de dibujo Ibis Paint. Si no la conocen, Ibis Paint es una aplicación de dibujo que está disponible para todas las plataformas, desde Android hasta el ecosistema Windows y Apple. Es mi aplicación favorita de dibujo, porque no solo es gratuita, sino que tiene una gran comunidad detrás que siempre está creando contenidos y recursos y compartiéndolos. Para agregar estos pinceles a tu Ibis Paint, solo basta con cargar la imagen que les comparto con el código QR dentro de la pestaña de Brochas (Brushes).
The first brush I'm sharing is this one called Milk Brush, and precisely what it does is draw a kind of translucent fluid with highlights and droplets. The possible uses for this brush are only limited by your imagination [laughs in NSFW].
El primer pincel que les comparto es este que se llama Milk Brush, y precisamente lo que hace es eso: dibuja una especie de fluido translúcido con brillos y gotas. Solo queda a la imaginación los posibles usos de este pincel [se ríe en NSFW].
The second brush I'm sharing is one for inking or lineart. Its main feature is its fluid width variation, which reminds me of classic illustrator brushes. It's very useful if you want to draw a comic full of energy and movement. I like it for when I draw elements with a very defined black outline.
El segundo pincel que les comparto es uno para entintado o lineart. Su mayor característica es su variación de grosor fluido, que recuerda a los clásicos de Illustrator. Es muy útil si quieres dibujar un cómic lleno de energía y movimiento. A mí me gusta para cuando dibujo elementos con un contorno muy definido en negro.
The third brush is an effect brush that resembles cracks in glass or in the ground. Honestly, I haven't used it for the first time yet, but I think it doesn't hurt to have it, maybe it could be useful for creating textures or reflections on translucent surfaces.
El tercer pincel es un pincel de efecto que recuerda a grietas en el cristal o en la tierra. Sinceramente, aún no lo he usado por primera vez, pero creo que no está de más, quizás pueda tener un buen uso para crear texturas o reflejos en superficies translúcidas.
The fourth brush I'm sharing is very similar to the first one in this series, but this time the effect is blood. Although in my opinion it doesn't look much like liquid blood, it does have that shape and texture of dried blood or old paint. I haven't used it yet either, but I have it added for when the opportunity arises.
El cuarto pincel que les comparto es muy parecido al primero de esta serie, pero esta vez el efecto es sangre. Aunque, en mi opinión, no queda muy parecido a la sangre líquida, sí tiene esa forma y textura de la sangre seca o pintura antigua. Tampoco lo he usado aún, pero lo tengo agregado para cuando se dé la oportunidad.
Another inking brush, this time very solid and defined but with imperfections. The results look very good, and this one I have used many times for different lines.
Otro pincel de entintado, esta vez muy sólido y definido, pero con imperfecciones. Los resultados se ven muy bien, y este sí lo he usado muchas veces para distintas líneas.
I saved the best brush for last, and it's not for tracing or painting. it's an effect brush, specifically with a censor effect. It adds those little squares that we always see in censored materials, not only to our drawing but to any photograph we import into Ibis Paint. Definitely very useful.
Dejé el mejor pincel para el final, y es que este no es de trazados ni de pintura, es un pincel de efecto, específicamente con el efecto de censura. Hace esos cuadritos que siempre vemos en los materiales censurados, no solo en nuestro dibujo, sino en cualquier fotografía que importemos a Ibis Paint. Sin dudas, muy útil.
