@artofkylin Ants are fascinating insects belonging to the family Formicidae. There are more than 10000 known species worldwide, distributed almost everywhere except Antarctica. They are eusocial creatures, meaning they live in highly organized colonies with a queen, workers, and soldiers. Despite their small size (usually between 2 and 25 mm), ants are incredibly strong capable of lifting up to three times their body weight. Their cooperative behavior and adaptability make them one of the most successful groups of insects on Earth.
Las hormigas son insectos fascinantes que pertenecen a la familia Formicidae. Existen más de 10000 especies conocidas en todo el mundo, distribuidas casi en todas partes excepto en la Antártida. Son criaturas eusociales, lo que significa que viven en colonias altamente organizadas con una reina, obreras y soldados. A pesar de su pequeño tamaño (generalmente entre 2 y 25 mm), las hormigas son increíblemente fuertes, capaces de levantar hasta tres veces su peso corporal.
