Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙌.
Les comparto mi inicio de semana con algunas capturas de mi entrenamiento y avances de "push up (16 de enero, 2024)". He aumentado 2 segundos ⏱️ de más de full planche y 2 push-up en full planche con respecto a la semana pasada, y del resto se mantiene estable como podrán ver el video, excepto a los ejercicios avanzados con agarre supina, aún me cuestan, pero al menos ya lo voy entendiendo. ¡VAMOS POR MAS!🔥🔥

I share with you my start of the week with some screenshots of my push-up (Jan 16, 2024) workout and progress. I have increased 2 seconds ⏱️ of more full planche and 2 push-ups in full planche with respect to last week, and the rest remains stable as you can see in the video, except for the advanced exercises with supine grip, they still cost me, but at least I'm getting the hang of it. LET'S GO FOR MORE!🔥🔥
