Hola a todos! Por aquí vengo a desearles un exitoso 2022 y aprovecho para compartir nuestros sabores festivos de celebración del año nuevo Cochino frito. Este plato lo preparamos en casa los primeros días de enero cuándo la familia se reúne a disfrutar del inicio del nuevo año.

Hello everyone! Here I come to wish you a successful 2022 and take this opportunity to share our festive flavors for the New Year's celebration Cochino frito. We prepare this dish at home the first days of January when the family gathers to enjoy the beginning of the new year.

Ingredientes:

Carne de cerdo
Condimentos de su preferencia

-Se lava la carne, con algún vino de cocina o vino seco.

-Se corta en pedazos a su gusto. Yo la corté en bistec.

-Se coloca en el sartén, se le añaden los condimentos y agua para que cociné bien. Se lleva al fuego y se deja cocinar.

-The meat is washed with some cooking wine or dry wine.

-Cut it into pieces to your liking. I cut it into steaks.

-Put it in the pan, add the seasoning and water so that it cooks well. It is taken to the fire and let it cook.

Yo la dejé cocinar por 1 hora hasta que el agua se fue secando totalmente.

I let it cook for 1 hour until the water dried out completely.

-Cuando está totalmente seca, se le agrega aceite y se deja freir. Vamos voltendola para no dejarla quemar.

-When it is completely dry, add oil and let it fry. We turn it over so as not to let it burn.
