My wife has changed over to a vegetarian diet for a while now. She's been experimenting with multiple recipes and such and I have been pleasantly surprised by what is coming out.
I am a big meat lover, I really enjoy a decent steak, sausage, pork chop etc. In saying that, the way she has been making so many of these Veg options taste "meaty", is blowing me away.
